Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the inclusion of the original packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
